TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING.

Important info:

My availability often varies, but I will try my best to keep constant communication.

I work on commissions most nights throughout the week.

Please keep in mind that I work a highly demanding part-time job IRL,

so my responses may be a bit slow.

I DO NOT accept rush orders/due dates.

Do not rush/spam me to get your commission done,

especially if there's a queue in front of you.

This will result in the cancellation of your commission.

What I need:

The MOST IMPORTANT file I need from you is the Substance file.

It has ".SPP" at the end of the name. I only need that file.

Unfortunately, working on a FBX file pulled from Unity will not work.

However, if there is no Substance file present, then I will try my best

to work with the FBX file instead.

Please keep in mind that my services are ONLY RETEXTURES.

I lack the proper skills to modify/kitbash/create from scratch an avatar, and/or make it Quest compatible.

This also includes creating and adding accessories/clothing/animations/blender edits/etc.

Please do not ask me about any of these. I do not offer them.

Payment

Payment will be done through Ko-fi or Paypal. My currency is USD.

If you are on a queue, I will accept payment when I am able to start on your commission.

Refunds are only given if the commission has either been partially worked on

or if payment was accepted and has not been started on at all.

You will only be refunded the amount I did not work on.

There are NO REFUNDS if the commission is completed.

Process:

Please fill out an order form located on the main menu.

All the information I ask for will be in the order form.

If an avatar requires me to also own it to retexture on, please let me know.

I have bills to pay so I may need help to cover at least half of the cost.

When I work on your commission and send you WIPs PLEASE make sure

to tell me in CLEAR FULL DETAIL what I need to change/edit if needed.

Once the commission is completed, I will export the necessary PNGs and hand

you back the modified Substance file. 

(I am using Substance Painter 2024 version 10.1)

I will offer changes/edits if needed after the commission is completed.

However, if MAJOR changes are requested, then I will ask for a small fee.

I DO NOT consent to my retextures being publicly redistributed.

 DO NOT use my textures for commercial use/NFTs/AI/etc either.

Being found doing this will result in being blacklisted.

IF YOU DO NOT OWN THE AVATAR AND GOT IT BY 'OTHER MEANS'

AKA RIPPING/STEALING, YOU WILL BE DENIED AND BLACKLISTED.
