TERMS OF SERVICE

YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME.

My availability often varies due to my highly demanding job IRL.

I'll be working on commissions most nights of the week.

I will be keeping constant communication, but may go quiet often since I am very busy.

Please be patient with my responses, and DO NOT spam me.

I will not do rush orders/deadlines at this time.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

Regarding NSFW retextures:

The main NSFW retexturing I'll do is body horror/gore.

However, when it comes to retexturing "bits"

I may charge a small fee.

Regarding my services:

All of my work is done/hand-drawn in Substance Painter.

I DO NOT offer avatar modifications such as kitbashing, sculpts, animations, etc.

The only services I can provide besides retexturing is

material swapping with VRCfury and uploading your avatar to VRC.

I will charge a small fee for these two services.

What I need:

The MOST IMPORTANT file I need from you is the Substance file.

It has ".SPP" at the end of the name. I only need that file.

Unfortunately, working on a FBX file pulled from Unity will not always work.

However, if there is no Substance file present, then I will try my best

to work with the FBX file instead.

Payment

Payment will be done through Ko-fi or invoice via Paypal. My currency is USD.

If you are on a queue, I will accept payment when I am able to start on your commission.

Partial payments are only accepted if the commission is above $60.

If you are doing partial payments, I will hand over the commission

once all payments are completed.

Refunds are only given if the commission has either been partially worked on

or if payment was accepted and has not been started on at all.

You will only be refunded the amount I did not work on.

There are NO REFUNDS if the commission is completed.

Process:

Please fill out an order form located on the main menu.

All the information I ask for will be over there.

(If we have eachother on discord/telegram then you can tell me details there or where you prefer)

If an avatar requires me to also own it to retexture on, please let me know.

I have bills to pay so I may need help to cover at least half of the cost.

When I work on your commission and send you WIPs PLEASE make sure

to tell me in CLEAR FULL DETAIL what I need to change/edit if needed.

Once the commission is completed, I will export the necessary PNGs and hand

you back the modified Substance file. 

I will offer changes/edits if needed after the commission is completed,

such as cleanups, changing a color or two, or even fixing some stuff.

However, if MAJOR changes are requested, then I will ask for a small fee.

Major changes include, but not limited to: recreating the commission to look much different.

I DO NOT consent to my retextures being publicly redistributed.

 DO NOT use my textures for commercial use/NFTs/AI/etc either.

Being found doing this will result in being blacklisted.

IF YOU DO NOT OWN THE AVATAR AND GOT IT BY 'OTHER MEANS'

AKA RIPPING/STEALING, YOU WILL BE DENIED AND BLACKLISTED.
