TERMS OF SERVICE
YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME.
!! ITS IMPORTANT TO READ EVERYTHING HERE !!
General Info:
My days to work on commissions are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Sometimes I'll work on them other nights of the week too.
The turnaround time is between a few days to a week or more.
This heavily depends on my IRL job that's highly demanding.
This also depends on your place in the queue.
I will be keeping constant communication, either on Discord or Telegram.
Please be patient with my responses and DO NOT spam me.
I can retexture on ANY avatar base/accessories
(Furry, human, monster, clothes, items, etc)
as long as it is compatible with Substance Painter.
I have the right to refuse a commission.

Regarding NSFW retextures:
The main NSFW retexturing I'll do is body horror/gore.
However, when it comes to retexturing NSFW "bits"
I may charge a small fee depending how much I need to retexture.

Extra Fees/services
While I am not experienced with sculpting from scratch, kitbashing, animating etc.
I will offer attaching clothing/accessories to avatars as long as they're VRC-ready.
Same with uploading your retextures to your VRC account.
However, I will charge a service fee for both services.
If the clothes/accessories are not VRC-ready and require extra steps to attach to the avatar.
Then I will charge a much higher fee since it'll take a lot more time to set up.
The fees depend heavily on how much time it will take to do these.
If you wish to have your retexture done ASAP or in a very short deadline
it will be a 50% upcharge since it places you at the front of my queue.

Process:
Please fill out an order form located on the main menu.
(If we have eachother on discord/telegram then you can tell me details there)
All the details will be there of what I require from you.
After you fill out the form and submit, I will respond when I can.
If I am required to also buy the avatar to retexture on, please let me know.
You can either DM me or write on the form. I will ask you to cover at least half of the cost.
When I work on your commission and send you WIPs PLEASE make sure
to tell me in CLEAR FULL DETAIL what I need to change/edit if needed.
Once the commission is completed, I will export the necessary PNGs and hand
you back the modified Substance file if asked.
I will offer changes/edits if needed after the commission is completed,
such as cleanups, changing a color or two, or even fixing some stuff.
However, if MAJOR changes are requested such as design overhauls, then I will ask for a small fee.

Payment
Payment will be done through Ko-fi or invoice via Paypal. My currency is USD.
If you are on a queue, I will accept payment when I am able to start on your commission.
Partial payments are only accepted if the commission is above $60.
If you are doing partial payments, I will hand over the commission
once all payments are completed.
Refunds are only given if the commission has either been partially worked on
or if payment was accepted and has not been started on at all.
You will only be refunded the amount I did not work on.
There are NO REFUNDS if the commission is fully completed.

Commercial use/Collaboration
If you are interested in collaborating with me or want to
use my retextures for commercial use, we will have a
discussion about the prices/percentage.

I DO NOT consent to my retextures being publicly redistributed.
DO NOT use my textures for NFTs/AI/etc either.
Being found doing this will result in being blacklisted.
IF YOU DO NOT OWN THE AVATAR AND GOT IT BY 'OTHER MEANS'
AKA RIPPING/STEALING, YOU WILL BE DENIED AND BLACKLISTED.
